Good communication goes a long way!

The New Media Group organized a two-day course on how to communicate with one another effectively among our employees. E.Soyolmaa, the Head of the Institute of Family and Psychology Education and M.Jargalant, the professor at the Institute run the course on improving communication skills, dealing with conflict and human development.

The two-day course which took place on the first two days of November at Mongolian Secret Restaurant was about creating new attitude towards communication and how to communicate with one another effectively by using technical communication methods.

At the end of the course, our employees shared their opinions about the course. B.Ganzorig, one of the web engineers of The New Media Technology company, said “ I am so happy to be able to learn about new things regarding communication. So i would like to thank our company for giving us great opportunities to get us involved in such useful courses and lectures.”
